Xtandi (Enzalutamide) also helps in preventing the spread of cancerous cells in the body. 

Enzalutamide is an androgen receptor inhibitor that affects a variety of signaling pathways. It possesses the ability to prevent androgen binding to its receptor, nuclear translocation of the receptor, and subsequent DNA interaction. Interactions

Medicine interactions:- abemaciclib, bedaquiline, cabozantinib, ceritinib, daclatasvir, elvitegravir, fedratinib, etc are the drugs that may increase or decrease the serum concentration of Enzalutamide. It is better to avoid the use of Xtandi tablets in combination with these drugs because it can lead to adverse events and decrease the effectiveness of this therapy.

Disease interactions:- the use of Xtandi tablets may interact with various other diseases such as renal impairment and seizures.
