Overview of Thalitero
Thalitero is an anticancer formulation of Thalidomide, a piperidinyl isoindole. It is available by prescription and is used in the treatment of certain types of diseases including a type of Blood Cancer namely Multiple Myeloma and an immune-mediated complication of leprosy known as Erythema nodosum leprosum.

It is available in the form of capsules (oral use) in the fixed strength of 100 mg. The active ingredient of Thalitero capsules is Thalidomide. Its inactive ingredients are magnesium stearate and pregelatinized starch. Thalitero (Thalidomide) capsules should not be administered by patients who are allergic to its components. It is also not indicated for use in patients below the age of 12 years since the safety and efficacy in this age group are not established yet. Do not use Thalitero capsules on your own without a prescription to treat the skin lesions and moderate to severe nerve pain.
